I saw vast amounts of people really struggling to make positive lasting changes despite all the information and support on hand. This made me really delve into the psychology behind nutrition and training as I knew this is where the magic happened.
After qualifying as an eating psychology coach and mind body practitioner.
I started implementing the tools and strategies I learned and saw real lasting progress with clients. There is so much more to training than just making you sweat! I firmly believe that the best way for you to achieve lasting results is for me to see you as a whole person, meaning that my approach will often take a holistic direction. During the coaching with me, we will explore your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states as well as your nutrition, physical activity, digestion, sleep, lifestyle, career and relationships, as all these parts of your life can have a profound effect on your health and fitness as a whole.
We will bring awareness to these factors to positively effect and change food choices, activity, and behaviour.
Working together we will uncover the root causes holding you back from making the changes you desire. I don't believe in six-week transformations or quick fixes as often these can negatively impact your body composition and wellbeing.
